TENDER NOTICE 招標(biāo)公告
Our office is entrusted by Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) to conduct open tender for the renovation works of the 5th Floor of the library (A3). Qualified contractors are welcome to participate in the tender.
我辦受廈門大學(xué)馬來西亞分校的委托，圖書館5F改造裝修工程進(jìn)行公開招標(biāo)，歡迎符合要求的施工單位參加投標(biāo)。
1. Tender Number 招標(biāo)編號(hào): XMUM25T1003
2. Tender Project 招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目: Renovation Works for the 5th Floor of A3 Library, 圖書館5F改造裝修工程
3. Qualification Certification Documents (Malaysian enterprises must possess equivalent local qualifications) 資質(zhì)證明文件（馬來西亞企業(yè)必須具備當(dāng)?shù)赝荣Y質(zhì)）:
3.1. Possess a second-level (or above) qualification certificate for decoration and renovation engineering issued by the national administrative authority (such as the provincial or municipal Construction Committee and Interior Decoration Association) and the decoration and renovation construction qualification issued by the national industrial and commercial administration authority.
For Malaysian companies, the tenderer must hold a CIDB G5 or above certification and be registered under CIDB with the B (Building) or B04 (Renovation) category, qualifying them to undertake renovation works.
持有國家行政主管部門(省市級以上的建委及室內(nèi)裝飾協(xié)會(huì))簽發(fā)認(rèn)證的裝飾裝修工程二級（含二級）以上企業(yè)資格證書和國家工商行政管理部門簽發(fā)的裝飾裝修施工資質(zhì)。
本地施工單位必須在馬來西亞建筑工業(yè)發(fā)展局（CIDB）注冊，等級為G5 或以上，并具有適當(dāng)?shù)墓ぷ鞔a，如 B（建筑工程）或 B04（室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)與裝修）。
3.2. Must be legally registered and possess a valid business license or equivalent certification issued by the relevant authority in its country of incorporation.
合格的營業(yè)執(zhí)照。
3.3. Possess a valid safety production license or an equivalent certification issued by the relevant authority in the country of incorporation, with proof of compliance with annual inspection requirements.
年檢合格的安全生產(chǎn)許可證。
項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理及項(xiàng)目管理班子成員必須是投標(biāo)人企業(yè)在職正式職工[并提供已有辦理一年以上（含一年）社保證明復(fù)印件和勞動(dòng)合同復(fù)印件為準(zhǔn)]。項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理應(yīng)具備二級及其以上建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格（同時(shí)具備中級及以上技術(shù)職稱）。
4. Distribution of Invitation to Tender (ITT) 發(fā)放招標(biāo)文件時(shí)間:
(No registration or documents will be accepted or issued outside this period在規(guī)定時(shí)間外不再接受報(bào)名和發(fā)放招標(biāo)文件)

投標(biāo)人可在上述時(shí)間段內(nèi)聯(lián)系招標(biāo)事務(wù)聯(lián)系人，由后者帶領(lǐng)至現(xiàn)場踏勘。
6. Inquiry & Clarification 答疑:
Time 時(shí)間: No on-site Q&A will be organized for this tender. All tenderers should submit written questions via fax/email by 6.00pm on 17th April, 2025. The tenderer will respond in writing by 6.00pm on 18th April, 2025. Late submissions will not be entertained.
本次招標(biāo)不組織現(xiàn)場答疑，請各投標(biāo)單位在2025年4月17日18:00前以書面形式傳真/電郵，招標(biāo)人將在2025年4月18日18:00之前以書面形式回復(fù)。逾期不候。
